Admitted in 1994 to the practice of law in New York and New Jersey. Robert Manners attended New York Law School, Baruch College and the University of Paris where he graduated with a JD/MBA, through a joint graduate degree program. He also studied law at Oxford University in England. While in Paris, Mr. Manners worked in the International Capital Markets division of Crédit Lyonnais investment bank. In 1999 Robert Manners established Manners & Associates with the focus on assisting small to mid-size companies to grow. Ms. Mejia attended Towson University and Brooklyn Law School. While
at Towson, Melissa majored in Healthcare Management. Melissa was
admitted to the practice of law in New York State in 2009. Since
graduating law school Melissa has spent time with Nassau/Suffolk Law
Services in the Landlord/Tenant clinic. Prior to joining Manners &
Associates, LLP, Melissa worked in a law office in Uniondale, NY where
she handled real estate, criminal and civil litigation matters.
Vincent P. White, Esq. Vincent White completed his undergraduate studies at Le Moyne College and Nagasaki Gaidai University, Japan. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor, under Dean’s Scholarship, from The Hofstra University School of Law with a concentration in Corporate and Securities Law.
Vincent was admitted to the practice of law in New York State in 2009, and soon after was admitted to practice in both the Southern and Eastern Federal District Courts of New York. Following admission to the bar, Vincent worked at Leeds, Morelli and Brown P.C., a litigation-centric employment law practice where Vincent’s efforts lead to over $5,000,000.00 in verdicts and several hundred thousand dollars in settlements during his time with the firm.
Today Vincent is of counsel to Manners and Associates, developing the firm beyond its corporate expertise to a full-service law firm capable of handling our clients’ diverse needs. Vincent has practiced before the Federal Courts including the Bankruptcy Courts, both Civil and Criminal State Courts, the New York State Court of Claims and the State’s Administrative Courts. In addition, Vincent has garnered settlements for his clients at mediations before the Equal Employment and Opportunities Commission and the New York State Division of Human Rights.
